It has been a stormy year for most companies in the merchandise industry. At Kingly, we managed to sense the change in consumers’ behavior early and had the opportunity to offer our clients better promotional solutions to match their changing needs. During the pandemic, we made crucial, innovative changes and introduced a new line of hygiene products with great added value. We also launched a line of sanitizers with EN1276, EN14476, and EN1500 certifications, including our heaven-scented gels.
In an effort to help fight the pandemic, we started donating a significant amount of our products to NHS hospitals, and to medical and social centres across Europe. Overall, we have donated 4500 premium box packs filled with essential hygiene and antibacterial products, as well as sanitizer gels and gloves. We also gave away more than 2500 pairs of socks to the homeless and other people in need. We have created a special edition of “Be Safe” socks made especially for medical staff.
Here is a small list of some of the organizations we have managed to reach with our donations in 2020:
- Royal Victoria Infirmary, UK
- Lister Hospital, UK
- Chilton Care Centre, UK
- Companions of the Order of Malta, UK
- Checkpoint Medical Center, Bulgaria
- Center of Humane Politics / Pink House, Bulgaria (two donations)
Moreover, we have made countless individual donations to people in need. Last but not least, we have helped dozens of small business owners in England and Bulgaria with sanitizer gels with 80% alcohol by volume, plus hygienic cleansing wipes and surface cleaners. That way they have been able to deal with the challenges of the pandemic a lot more easily and face the future with confidence.
